Cognac Marin - Fanny Fougerat

A maritime experience of more than a year on the island of Ré in collaboration with the Tonnellerie de Jarnac and the 3-star chef from La Rochelle, Christopher Coutanceau.

The staves, which were used to create two barrels, were left for a year at the seaside on the island of Ré, being watered regularly with sea water. A drying on the 4 seasons to assimilate all the maritime influences.

A 2011 Fins Bois Cognac, fresh and fruity, with a finish of 13 days in these new barrels.

Rhum Long Pond & Monymusk

After the huge success of the distillery’s first official bottling, the Long Pond 15 year old, a second even more limited edition will soon be unveiled: the Long Pond 2003.

Limited to 60 bottles for France.

Monymusk rums, produced in the south of Jamaica, in one of the oldest distilleries of the island and dating from 1755, will be available in June!

Boulet de canon n°12

Boulet de Canon 12 of the Compagnie Des Indes is available!

A famous range aimed at bringing smoky flavors to rum, the even-numbered editions are finished in peated whiskey barrels.

This twelfth edition was finished for 8 months in old peated whisky casks from a famous Scottish distillery!

Scotch whisky Duncan Taylor

The different vintages of Black Bull scotch whisky, owned by Duncan Taylor, are available!

When George Willsher founded the brand in 1864 in his Dundee grocery store, he had the idea of challenging the traditional industry ratio by opting for an unconventional blend of 50% malt and 50% grain.

Duncan Taylor also presents two blends: Scottish Glory, a blend for lovers of Scotland, and Smokin’, a smoky blend paying homage to traditional smoky Scotch whiskies

BM Signature

Bruno Mangin unveils a new batch of his French whiskies: a single malt smoked in Tuyé, impregnated with the flavors of the Jura!

Here is the first smoked edition for the BM Signature whisky.

La Gauloise

La Gauloise 3 and 5 year old liqueurs are now available in 3.7 liter gallon format!

Maxime Crotet

After 10 years spent in charge of the vineyard and the wine making in a famous natural domain of Saint-Romain, Maxime Crotet launched his own structure and brought in his first grapes this year. They are sourced from different wine growers on parcels that he and his team harvested themselves.

Maxime diversifies through several grape varieties: Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Pinot Noir, Gamay…. certified 100% organic grapes, a vinification in whole bunches and an ageing in barrels for a result with a lot of finesse and freshness. A style that would almost hint at the style of certain renowned winegrowers from Arbois or Tavel!

Benoit Girardin

Benoît Girardin is a passionate young man from a family of winegrowers based in Santenay. After a BTS in wine in Beaune and a business degree in Bordeaux, which allowed him to create friendships with winemakers from all over France, he returned to the family winery in 2011 to work alongside his father Yves, who passed on his savoir-faire, his courage and his passion for the job.

In 2020, he created his own 8-hectare winery, after taking over family plots and buying back vineyards. These acquisitions allow him to express his own ideas in the vineyards and in the cellar. Benoît wishes to let nature do its work, in order to respect the terroirs as much as possible.
